We’re committed to nurturing future talent and providing opportunities for people to gain valuable skills through apprenticeships.

This National Apprenticeship Week, we’re putting our apprentices front and centre and have asked them to share what an apprenticeship at E.ON is really like.

A degree apprenticeship is a program that combines work and training, allowing you to earn a salary while learning and completing a recognised qualification. 

Apprenticeships deliver fantastic value for both individuals and organisations. We’re committed to apprenticeships – and have enrolled 1,000 apprentices since 2018. So, we’re proudly celebrating all our current, previous and future apprentices this National Apprenticeship Week.

Race Equality Week is a powerful opportunity for us to reflect, learn, and take meaningful action toward a more equitable future.

Time to Talk Day is today and at E.ON, we’ve encouraged our colleagues to join in for a day dedicated to conversations about mental health. Whether seeking support or offering it, many discovered that a simple chat could make a significant difference.
