E.ON Next offers free HomeServe boiler cover for home-movers
E.ON Next has launched ‘Next Free Boiler Cover’, a new fixed 12-month, online-only tariff which includes one year of free Boiler cover from HomeServe for home-movers.
The offer is available for both new and existing customers who are moving home and who switch to the new tariff online.
The Next Free Boiler cover tariff allows customers to fix their energy tariff for 12-months and the option to redeem one year of boiler cover with HomeServe, helping to look after their boiler for the first year in their new property.
The insurance provides homeowners with assistance in the event of a boiler problem at their property. They will be able to make a claim 24/7, 365 days a year.
Ramona Vlasiu, Chief Operating Officer at E.ON Next, said: “There is always a lot to consider when you are moving home, and the added cost and hassle of a heating breakdown is the last thing a home-mover wants.
“By switching online to our new HomeServe tariff when you move home, you are securing your energy rate and getting the added peace of mind that your boiler will be looked after should the unexpected happen.”

E.ON Next Free Boiler cover is a 12-month, online-only product. It is priced at £1,588 for the typical household using both gas and electricity. To be eligible, customers must have a smart meter, pay by Direct Debit and manage their account online.
The tariff is only available for customers who go through the home-move journey online through eonnext.com.
Prices and comparisons quoted correct at time of issue and based on an average dual fuel bill using OFGEMs definitions of medium use typical domestic consumption values of 2700kWh for electricity and 11500kWh for gas. Exit fees and T&Cs apply. Customers must provide an email address as all communication will be sent by email.
